Educational Background:
* Degree in Logistics or a related field preferred
Professional Experience:
* Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics or a related sector
Key Responsibilities:
* Process Change of Destination (COD) requests
* Manage manifest amendments in coordination with customs, customers, and agents
* Monitor long-standing container cases and provide monthly updates
* Address and resolve disputes in a timely manner
* Handle customer requests efficiently via Salesforce
* Respond promptly to customer calls
* Adhere to standard operating procedures and implement new requirements as communicated by management
