About the Role🤔

* Contact customers to remind and follow up on outstanding invoices and payments due;
* Evaluate customer accounts for any issues relating to reconciliations/statements ensuring aging balances are investigated and resolved timely;
* Meet or exceed monthly collection targets to ensure timely cash flow;
* Effectively manage customer inquiries and disputes;
* Develop and implement strategies for recovering long-overdue account receivables;
* Maintain accurate credit and collection files and perform monthly portfolio analysis;
* Analyze accounts to recommend and establish an appropriate reserve for bad debts.

What you bring:

* A Master degree in Finance, accountant or any other related field;
* Complete professional fluency in English and French.
* 1-2 years+ of experience in a credit control role with high volume of transaction processing in financial ERP;
* You ideally will have knowledge/experience in Microsoft Business Central (Dynamics/Navision);
* Strong reporting skills, with the ability to analyze financial data and provide actionable insights;
* Ability to multi-task in a high-volume environment;
* You have a proven track record of being highly organized with an ability to drive work to completion independently with a strong attention to detail;
* You will have had experience working to a tight deadline.
