As part of our company’s growth, Arrow Component is strengthening its teams and is looking for a Credit Analyst.

About The Role

As a Credit Analyst, you will be responsible for evaluating customer creditworthiness, managing credit exposure, and supporting effective credit and collection processes

Key Responsibilities Include

* Review and analyze credit information for new and existing customer accounts to assess financial health and recommend appropriate credit limits.
* Conduct detailed credit analysis to identify risks and opportunities, including accounts eligible for credit line increases and accounts requiring closer monitoring.
* Assess and report on customer risk, providing recommendations on risk mitigation strategies and alternative financing solutions.
* Manage aspects of credit and collection, ensuring timely follow-up on outstanding receivables.
* Exercise credit authority for larger accounts where applicable.
* Develop, maintain, and enhance internal credit tools such as risk models, projection models, and customer credit scoring systems.
* Review and resolve customer credit issues, working closely with Sales and internal stakeholders.
* Review and release pending sales orders in line with credit policies.
* Coordinate communication with customers and internal teams regarding credit matters.
* Support onboarding of new Sales and Operations employees by explaining Financial Services processes, policies, and procedures.
* Contribute to (accounts receivable management) activities where needed.

Qualifications & Skills

* Fluent Communication skills in English
* 2 to 4 years of experience in credit analysis, credit management, or accounts receivable.
* Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (preferred).
* Solid understanding of credit risk assessment and financial analysis.
* Experience working with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, or similar ERP tools.
* Familiarity with credit management practices is a strong plus.
* Ability to analyze complex data and make sound credit decisions.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Good communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with Sales and other departments.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
