Skillcheck:

* Master’s degree (Business School, University, or equivalent) with a specialization in Finance / Controlling.
* 0–2 years, preferably in a structured industrial environment (automotive industry is a strong plus).
* Strong proficiency in Excel and solid analytical capabilities
* Good knowledge of ERP systems (SAP is a strong plus)
* Solid understanding of industrial controlling (standard costing, variance analysis)
* Ability to structure and ensure the reliability of financial data
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to challenge and interact with various stakeholders
* Rigorous, analytical mindset with a results-oriented approach

ChallengeCheck :

* Contribute to the budgeting process and periodic Forecasts in close collaboration with operational teams.
* Produce and analyze Key Performance Indicators (productivity, Consumption, scrap …).
* Analyze Production Costs and variances (actual vs. standard) and explain key drivers.
* Monitor Production Orders and Variances support the continuous improvement of industrial standards.
* Manage Plant CAPEX : analysis, tracking, and approval process.
* Prepare accurate and timely monthly reports in line with group requirements.
* Prepare monthly closings and ensure the quality of analytical data.
* Proactively contributes to the improvement of controlling, processes, and practices.
