Content Strategist & Social Media Manager (Freelance)

About the Role:

We are looking for a creative, disciplined, and results-driven content manager to take ownership of content creation and growth for both a high-impact personal brand and a luxury activewear brand, ENVEE.

This role is about more than just posting content. It’s about telling a compelling story, building community, and creating high-value content that connects deeply with audiences across lifestyle, fitness, fatherhood, and fashion.

What You’ll Be Managing:

Personal Brand: Focused on calisthenics, surfing, gym, horse riding, DJing house music, fatherhood, and becoming the best version of oneself.

ENVEE Brand: Luxury activewear for women in yoga, pilates, HIIT, surfing, and more. Elegance meets performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Strategy & Planning

Build monthly content calendars

Define weekly content pillars: fitness, fashion, family, mindset, music, and entrepreneurship

Recommend what content to shoot weekly

Plan/direct shoots or handle shooting yourself (if local)

Content Creation & Execution

Edit Reels (CapCut, InShot, etc.)

Write strong captions, hooks, and CTAs

Post daily across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts

Maintain brand tone and visual consistency

Community & Growth

Engage with audience through comments and DMs

Analyze performance weekly and monthly

Suggest ideas for engagement and viral content

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience with short-form video content

Strong visual and storytelling skills

Familiarity with brand building and social media growth

Self-starter who meets deadlines

Strong interest in fitness, lifestyle, fashion, or personal development

Able to collaborate and contribute content ideas

Open to receiving and giving feedback

Comfortable with shooting/editing or directing content shoots

Once shortlisted, you will be asked to create a sample Reel using provided footage

Finalists will also help with shooting strategy or co-directing future content
