Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Medina for a Community Manager. The Community Manager will manage and grow online communities, create and schedule engaging content, and interact with community members on various platforms. The role will also involve monitoring community engagements, responding to inquiries, and gathering feedback to improve community experiences. Additionally, the Community Manager will collaborate with other teams to develop community strategies and events.

Qualifications

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Experience in managing social media platforms and online communities
* Proficiency in content creation, including writing, editing, and multimedia
* Strong organizational and time-management skills
* Analytical skills to track and measure community engagement metrics
* Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
* Experience with community management tools and software is a plus
* Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field
