A Day in the Life You will report to the CPD General Manager and lead a team of 5 direct reports to drive Modern & Traditional Trade performance for all Consumer Products Division brands across Morocco. This role combines commercial strategy, trade activation, people leadership and cross‑functional delivery.


* Commercial Leadership & Strategy: define sales plans, set targets, and drive portfolio profitability across channels.
* Key Account & Trade Execution: lead negotiations with distributors/chain customers, secure listing & visibility, and optimize assortment.
* Trade Activation & Retail Execution: design and monitor activation plans, trade promotions, and in‑store execution.
* People & Cross‑functional Leadership: develop your team, align with Marketing, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance to ensure flawless execution and forecasting.

You are a strategic, results‑oriented commercial leader with a Master’s degree and strong English communication skills. You thrive in multi‑brand, multi‑channel environments and are motivated to grow talent and business.
