Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve assigned sales targets.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including dealership partnerships and fleet sales.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, including distributors, dealers, and corporate customers.
* Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activity.
* Provide product training and support to dealerships and customers.
* Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
* Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales objectives.
* Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
* Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.


Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive sales, preferably within the MEA region.
* Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
* Strong understanding of the automotive industry and market dynamics in the MEA region.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Fluency in English is essential, and proficiency in Arabic and Chinese is an advantage.
* Willingness to travel extensively within the MEA region.
