Channel Partner Development – Goal is to drive sustainable financial growth by boosting sales and by forging strong relationships with Channel Partners -Marrakech – Nador/Oujda - Agadir
Job Responsibilities -
· Setting up new channel partners and overseeing the on-boarding process;
· Managing the sales pipeline, forecasting monthly sales and identifying new business
opportunities;
· Dealing with different sub dealers, need to see whether they need to purchase more
products, whether they have some problems (commercially and technically) and resolve
them;
· Coordinating with partners to create and execute business plans to meet sales goals;
· Remaining updated with latest developments in marketplace and competitor activities;
· Working closely with sales teams within the channel partner in order to appropriately train
and advise;
· Regularly meeting with counterparts of the partner organization;
· Monthly reporting on sales KPI’s within channel partners;
· Working on sales and revenue targets as set by the Sales Director/Country Manager;
· Addressing customer service issues as raised by the channel partner;
· Identifying and reaching out to new potential channel partners;
· Additional responsibilities and projects as assigned by the Line Manager;
· Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating
contracts; and integrating contract requirements within business operations;
· Updating job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading
professional publications specific to our industry and maintaining personal networks to
updated on the latest technologies.
Job Requirements -
· Experience in a sales driven position in IT/Technology/Electronics/CCTV industry and
familiarity with the channel market;
· Need a solid network within the Local Channel network;
· Should have strong sales skills, the ability to listen and to tailor make presentations to
meet customer needs;
· Excellent communication skills in French, both verbal and written, daily communication in
English is preferred;
· Persistent and pro-active;
· Responsible and able to drive the business independently;
· Able to effectively motivate supporting teams and drive sales in a time sensitive environment
· Competitive and efficient in achieving targets;
· Strong public speaking, multi-tasking and time management skills;
· Have valid driving license.
