Role Description

You will:

* Build and execute the entire GTM strategy for Voiss AI
* Identify ICPs (SDRs, AEs, call centers, agencies, founders, etc.)
* Book and run demos
* Turn beta testers into paying customers
* Create distribution channels (LinkedIn, Reddit, Product Hunt, communities)
* Set up outbound sequences, cold email, content engine
* Build partnerships with call centers & sales teams
* Shape pricing, packaging, positioning
* Represent Voiss AI publicly (conferences, podcasts, communities)

Basically:

* If engineering builds the engine, you are the one driving the car to market.


Who you are:

* You have experience in sales, BD, or marketing, ideally for SaaS or AI tools
* You understand the pain of SDRs, AEs, call centers, or customer-facing teams
* You’re comfortable talking to customers, running demos, closing deals
* You’re scrappy: you know how to get early traction without spending big
* You’re excited by the idea of joining early and shaping the entire GTM playbook
* You’re hungry for big upside, not a salary


💰 Compensation:

This is not a salaried role.

This is a cofounder position with equity (meaningful stake).

You join early, you own a meaningful % of a high-upside product.
