The Role

* Build and maintain cloud infrastructure on platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP to support large-scale applications.
* Design and implement infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi.
* Ensure high availability, security, and reliability of cloud services and applications.
* Configure networking, storage, compute, and security settings to meet performance and compliance requirements.
* Troubleshoot complex production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term solutions.
* Monitor system performance, capacity, and costs, and make adjustments as needed.
* Evaluate new cloud services, tools, and technologies, and determine their suitability for projects.
* Document cloud architectures, configurations, and best practices to guide other teams.

Ideal Profile

* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
* 7+ years of professional experience designing and managing cloud infrastructure.
* Expertise in at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and strong understanding of cloud architecture.
* Hands-on experience with IaC, automation, CI/CD, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
* Strong knowledge of networking, security, storage, and database services in the cloud.
* Experience with monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting production systems.
* Ability to solve complex infrastructure problems and make strategic technical decisions.
* Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell) for automation.
* Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work across engineering, DevOps, and product teams.
