Claim Investigator and Recovery Specialist

 Job Description:

At this moment, we are looking for a Claim Investigator and Recovery Specialist for our Moroccan Team.

You will be responsible for:

* Investigating the validity of the credit insurance claim, negotiating and resolving trade conflicts, recovering outstanding claims;
* Cooperating with colleagues and local offices;

Requirements:

* Minimum 3 years of work experience; Experience in international trade and insurance claims is preferred.
* Fluent in English is essential.
* Law degree.
* Able to work in a fast-paced environment, handle high volume of investigation and recovery cases and complete tasks and reports on time.
* Proactive and resourceful.
* Exceptional negotiation skill, report-drafting competencies
