Chief Accountant (Casablanca - Zerktouni)

We are hiring, on behalf of our client operating in the construction sector, an experienced and detail-oriented Chief Accountant.

✔ Main Responsibilities:

* Supervise and coordinate all accounting and financial activities of the company.
* Participate in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and profitability analyses.
* Supervise the accounting team and ensure their continuous professional development.
* Collaborate with external auditors and financial advisors to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards and to guarantee the quality of financial reports.
* Oversee and control the company’s legal and financial commitments.

🎯 Profile Required:

* Higher education in Accounting, Finance, or Management.
* Proven experience in accounting, including at least 7 years in a similar position.
* Strong knowledge of accounting, tax, and social regulations.
* Proficiency in accounting software and office tools.
* Rigor, organizational skills, and the ability to lead a team effectively.
