Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Tanger Med for a Certified Accountant - Office Manager. The role involves overseeing all accounting and financial operations, including budget management, payroll processing, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. Additionally, the candidate will manage office administration tasks such as coordinating schedules, maintaining records, and optimizing office procedures. Collaboration with various departments and support for decision-making processes will also be key responsibilities in this role.
Qualifications
* Accounting and Financial Skills: Proficiency in bookkeeping, financial reporting, budget management, and handling tax compliance.
* experience working with global companies a plus.
* English a must.
* Administrative Skills: Expertise in office management, record-keeping, and coordinating schedules to ensure efficient operations.
* Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with accounting software and office management tools.
* Organizational and Leadership Skills: Exceptional ability to manage multiple tasks, ensure office productivity, and lead a team effectively.
* Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with internal teams and global colleagues
