As a Cashier, you’re not just responsible for handling transactions accurately and efficiently – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Responsibilities

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

• Process transactions and payments: Handle cash, card, and other payment methods accurately and efficiently while issuing receipts

• Reconcile cash and accounts: Balance cash drawers, verify daily transactions, and report discrepancies

• Ensure accurate billing: Prepare and post charges, ensuring all transactions are correctly recorded

• Maintain financial records: Update cashier reports and ensure compliance with company procedures

• Support daily closing: Assist with end-of-day reconciliation and reporting

• Respond to guest inquiries: Address questions regarding billing and payments professionally

• Ensure compliance and control: Follow internal controls, cash handling policies, and support audit requirements
