Job Requirements:
* Bac + 2 (Technical Diploma)
* A good knowledge of technical drawing, including the ability to read, interpret, and apply engineering drawings in a practical context.
* Strong skills in metrology, demonstrating mastery of measurement principles, uncertainty evaluation, and error analysis.
* Proficiency in statistical methods, with the ability to apply statistical tools and techniques for process control and interpretation of measurement data.
* Good knowledge and practical experience in Measurement Systems Analysis (MSA), including the ability to perform capability, stability, and linearity studies of measurement instruments and processes.
Principal activities
* Plan and schedule the calibration of test equipment, ensuring timely and efficient execution of all calibration activities.
* Manage and operate calibration software to record, monitor, and analyze calibration data accurately.
* Perform local calibration of standard test equipment, guaranteeing compliance with internal and external quality requirements.
* Select and coordinate with external laboratories, ensuring that all external calibration services meet required standards and accreditation levels.
* Review and release calibration certificates, verifying the accuracy and completeness of all documentation.
* Organize and oversee the delivery and return of test equipment, maintaining proper control and traceability.
* Maintain comprehensive equipment documentation and records, ensuring data integrity and audit readiness.
* Conduct Measurement Systems Analysis (MSA) studies, including assessments of capability, stability, and linearity.
* React promptly in case of non-conformities, implementing corrective actions and ensuring effective resolution.
