Ram-up Manager

Skillcheck :

* Master's degree in industrial Engineering .
* 3 years of seniority in the industry .
* Have a good sense of responsibility .
* Knowledge of , Excel.PPT, SAP
* Professional experience in project management, preferably in the context of production and series start-up management
* Perfect command of spoken and written English.

Challengecheck :

* Planning and coordination of production ramp-ups to the planned target production capacity...
* Preparation of resource and time schedules.
* Tracking the progress of the project and deriving measures to achieve the objectives.
* Represent production requirements to Project teams to ensure that all aspects of the ramp-up process are considered at an early stage.
* Analysis of production data and derivation and implementation of improvements to increase efficiency and quality.
* Identification and implementation of risk mitigation and problem solving measures along the supply chain.
* Ensure organisation and implementation of 3P ramp-up workshops.
