The Secret Collection is a fast-growing premium travel company specializing in luxury hotels, bespoke travel experiences, and corporate travel solutions.

By combining cutting-edge travel technology with exceptional customer service, we provide seamless booking experiences for both leisure and corporate clients worldwide.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a highly motivated Business Operations & Finance Intern to help us build and optimize the operational backbone of our company.

This is not a traditional internship. You will work directly with the founders and have real ownership from day one.
Your Mission
As part of our Operations team, you will contribute to building scalable processes across finance and operations.

Your responsibilities will include:
Operations

• Design and improve internal operational processes.

• Perform quality control of hotel reservations.

• Monitor booking confirmations, vouchers, supplier communications, and operational workflows.

• Track supplier payments and booking-related expenses (including city taxes and hotel charges).

• Identify process improvements and automation opportunities.

Finance

• Prepare and issue customer and internal invoices.

• Monitor booking profitability and financial performance.

• Maintain operational and financial dashboards.

• Assist with reconciliations and financial reporting.

• Help structure scalable financial tracking processes as the company grows.

Who We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems and building efficient processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's student in Business, Finance, Economics, Management, Engineering, or a related field.

• Strong analytical mindset.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills.

• Comfortable working with numbers.

• Fluent English (French is a strong plus).

• Curious, proactive and eager to learn.

Knowledge of Power BI, SQL, VBA or AI productivity tools is a plus.
