JOB PURPOSE / SUMMARY


The Role is at the Core of the Internal Consulting Mission that MEA-MI is meant to lead, with facilitating the access to Customer and Market Knowledge across the Region


Uncover insights that lead to innovation and outstanding customer experiences, with a close interaction with S&M and LRP Teams


The role will have an impact on the business executing innovative, influential user research that shapes the customer experience for company brands. Will work collaboratively with Upstream & Downstream teams to help drive the vision for increasing customer engagement

Role and Responsibilities


BI – Automations/Dashboards

* Identify Analytical Needs across MEA, with starting from RPLN Function
* Create PowerBI Dashboards for
* Brand Tracking
* New Car Buyers Survey (NCBS)
* Macro-Economics across MEA
* Long-Term Plan (LTP) for input to Core Model Strategy (CMS)
* MEA Profit Pool Dashboards
* Extend Support to other RPLN Functions
* Cater for the Analytical Needs of
* MI (Brand Tracking, NCBS, Macro-Economics, …)
* LRP (Profit Pools, LTP, …)
* Product Planning (Self-Sourcing, LTP, Segment Forecast)
* RPLN (Management Dashboards)
* Sales & Marketing (Business Dev., …)
* Zone Management (Business Dashboards)
* Maintain, Update and enhance all the above MEA-MI Analytics


Market Understanding

* Generate the Macro-Economic & Demographic Overview of all Key Markets
* Support the BD Teams with Insights regarding Frontier Markets with Desk Research & Primary Research


Brand & Model Health Insights

* Brand Tracking: Periodic Tracking of Stellantis Brands’ Image & Main Competition in all the Major Markets of the Region
* Support the Brand Teams in setting the future Brand KPI’s & Spends’ Targets based on a Scientific Approach
* Provide Insights on the Brand Health & Segment Level Drivers
* Develop & Maintain an Internal Dashboard for Brand Track Data, Market Insights & Macro-Economic Data with Periodic Updates of all the Data Points


Futuristic Products/Micro-Mobility Research

* Stellantis Internal Consulting Partner for the Future Mobility/Micro-Mobility Projects
* Manage end-to-end Customer Insights Needs for the fast-paced Future Mobility Projects
* With including B2B, B2C, Policy Makers/Experts’ Insights for 360 Decision-Making Support
* With a Chinese Offensive Focus

COMPETENCIES & QUALIFICATIONS


* Education: Post Graduation in management or Statistics
* Work Experience: 10+ years
* Language: English
* Experience in MR agency followed with a client-side as well as a research user experience and led large scale research projects (Qual & Quant)
* Experience in understanding methodologies around exploratory research, statistical analysis techniques, data interpretation, user lifecycles and a general understanding of entire research partner ecosystem, working with a broad set of stakeholders
* Experience in utilizing market research tools, software, and platforms to gather and analyze data effectively
* Ability to independently execute research requirements, set the objective, scoping & dissemination with leadership within defined timelines and budgets
* A passion for consumer insights and a deep understanding of consumer behavior
* Ability to leverage technology and digital platforms to collect, analyze, and interpret market research data effectively
* Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey research findings and insights to senior management and cross functional teams
* Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of initiative
* Self-motivated and results-orientation with a strong work ethic
