Main Responsibilities:

* KPIs definition
* Gathering of functional requirements
* Manage and ensure quality of delivery
* System configuration

Qualifications

* Advanced education (Bac +5) in computer science, engineering, or information systems
* Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in a similar position with managerial or coordination responsibilities
* Ability to navigate complex, international, and multi-team environments

Required Skills

* Configuration and customization of cloud applications (Salesforce, SharePoint, Workday, etc.)
* Functional analysis and technical specification writing
* Basic knowledge of SQL, XML, and JSON
* Understanding of software architectures and integration via API/REST/SOAP
* Proficiency in technical support tools (ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk)
* Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and ITIL processes
* Good command of software quality standards and technical documentation
* Analytical and structured mindset
* Excellent communication skills, primarily in English
* Collaborative leadership skills with product and technical teams
* Ability to proactively solve problems
* Results and quality orientation
