Responsibilities:
• Analyse business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, project managers, and business stakeholders).
• Support CRM solution design, testing, and implementation.
• Identify process improvements and recommend system enhancements.
• Create documentation including workflows, user stories, and functional specifications.
Requirements:
•Proven experience as a Business Analyst (preferably in a CRM-related environment).
•Hands-on experience with Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics 365.
•Strong understanding of business processes.
•Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
