Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Barista role located in Beni Mellal. The Barista will prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including coffee and espresso drinks, while ensuring excellent customer service. Additional responsibilities involve assisting with food preparation, maintaining cleanliness in the workspace, and handling customer inquiries. Candidates will work closely with the team to provide an exceptional guest experience and uphold the warm and inviting ambiance of the cafe.

Qualifications

* Strong Barista skills, including coffee and espresso preparation
* Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills
* Proficient Interpersonal Skills to build positive relationships with customers and team members
* Knowledge or experience in Food Preparation
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently
* Prior experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus
* Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends
* High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
