Backend Developer

StationPlus is a SaaS built for independent gas stations. The platform centralizes fuel levels, pump indexes, stock movements, sales, vouchers, and daily operations.

We currently support stations across France, Morocco and Sub-Saharan Africa and are now expanding.

We are now preparing the next phase:

* integrations with tank sensors,
* integrations with pump controllers / fuel readings,
* integrations with banking / supplier payment systems.

Your mission

* Develop and improve Backend features used daily by station managers
* Build and maintain integrations with fuel pump controllers, tank sensors, IoT devices, banking/payment APIs
* Improve the accuracy and reliability of operational data (indexes, levels, stock, reconciliations)
* Ensure data consistency between hardware inputs and the backend
* Support the rollout of multi-station features and performance scaling (10+ station-networks)
* Collaborate closely with the technical team (Backend & Frontend engineers)

Your background

* Solid experience with Backend development (REST APIs, micro-services, etc.)
* Familiarity with Frontend Development concepts (React, Next.js) to integrate systems effectively
* Strong programming skills and experience in relevant programming languages (Python, JavaScript, C/C++)
* Problem-solving and analytical skills with strong attention to detail
* Ability to work in a hybrid work environment
* Experience in cloud-based infrastructure or databases is a plus
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
* Based in Casablanca or Paris (hybrid)
