The Associate Data Science Manager Is Responsible For

* Implementing and evolving the data domains and products required to support the needs of the company.
* Play a part in driving change management and process improvement.
* Work collaboratively with product management to create a roadmap and deliver on capabilities to increase the velocity of engineering teams.
* Ensuring team cohesion and motivation
* Designing, developing, and implementing methods, processes and systems to consolidate and analyze diverse data sets including structured and unstructured.
* Managing the daily operational activities that develop and implement tactical plans for specified area. Oversees team(s) assigned to projects and may manage implementations.
* Ensuring resources are accurately allocated in line with tactical plans and appropriately accounted for.
* Providing SMART objectives for the team and ensure its achievement
* Preparing clear career path for the team
* Providing the right support to operation ensuring clear work instruction and process definition by helping identify process deficiencies and leads the implementation of effective solutions.
* Ensuring agile SCRUM
* Delivering work products consistently, on time and on budget
* Ensuring the recruitement needs of the project

Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Computer Engineering, IT Project Management or related field;
* 5+ years of experience in software engineering;
* minimum 1-2 years in project management;
* Fluent in English & French;
* Curious, honest, ambitious, team-oriented, innovative, rigorous, and entrepreneurship mindset;
