Job responsibilities

We are looking for a Data Scientist to join our IT Innovation Lab! As a Data Scientist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing data-driven solutions that improve business outcomes. You will work closely with the digital team and the data team to develop predictive models, analyze large datasets, and communicate insights to stakeholders.

You will be a key member of the Global Data & AI Team.

You will be responsible for :

* Develop models and solutions using machine learning, deep learning and generative AI
* Clean, standardize, harmonize, analyze large datasets to identify trends and patterns
* Communicate insights to stakeholders
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop data-driven solutions
* Stay up-to-date with emerging trends in data science

Your profile

Required skills:

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics or related field
* Experience with Python
* Experience with machine learning algorithms and neural networks
* Experience with Generative AI (LLMs)
* Strong analytical skills including data visualization
* Demonstrates interpersonal skills required to successfully work in a team environment, communicates effectively across a variety of stakeholder groups
* Self-motivated, proactive and ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently
* Strong documentations, written and verbal communication skills
