Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Agadir for an Assistant Gouvernante General at Royal Mirage Agadir. The Assistant Gouvernante General will assist in the daily management and coordination of the housekeeping department. Responsibilities include ensuring hygiene and cleanliness standards are met, scheduling and supervising staff, addressing guest requests and concerns, and maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies. The role also involves collaborating with other departments to enhance guest experience and solving operational issues promptly.
