Area Sales Specialist

Location: Position based in Marrakech, Morocco

Mobility: Frequent travel required, including regular overnight stays in various regions of Morocco

Forward Trading is a company specialized in the distribution of high-quality sporting goods. As part of our growth, we are looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to strengthen our team, develop our client portfolio, and actively contribute to the growth of our sales throughout Morocco.

Main Responsibilities:

* Prospect and develop new clients (sports clubs, schools, specialty stores, resellers) across the national territory.

* Promote and sell our range of products to existing and potential customers.

* Develop and implement action plans to achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.

* Ensure regular and high-quality follow-up to build customer loyalty.

* Report field information and prepare activity and market trend reports.

* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time deliveries.

Required Profile – Mandatory:

✅ Proven experience in sales and distribution, ideally in the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) sector.

✅ Strong track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.

✅ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

✅ Dynamic, self-motivated, and results-driven.

✅ Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout Morocco.

✅ Ownership of a personal vehicle is mandatory – mileage allowance and fuel expenses will be reimbursed for business-related travel.

✅ Willingness to frequently travel, including overnight stays outside Casablanca in different regions of the country.
