As part of the transformation of our Infrastructure Managed Services, we are creating a strategic role of AI Transformation Lead. This role is responsible for defining and executing the AI-driven transformation roadmap of our IT Operations and Managed Services. The AI Transformation Lead will drive the integration of Artificial Intelligence across service delivery, operations, automation, Digital Command Centers, and customer experience, ensuring measurable business value and operational excellence.
Key Missions
* Define and own the AI-driven transformation strategy for Infrastructure Managed Services
* Identify, prioritize, and structure AI use cases across IT Operations (Incident, Problem, Change, Capacity, Monitoring&Observability, Build activity,…)
* Design and lead the AI transformation roadmap aligned with business and client objectives
* Embed AI into existing managed services offerings to create AI-augmented services
* Pilot, industrialize, and scale AI solutions across operations
* Coordinate stakeholders (Operations, Infrastructure, Cloud, Security, Service Management, Clients)
* Ensure governance, ethics, compliance, and security of AI solutions
* Measure value creation (ROI, MTTR reduction, automation rate, SLA improvement)
Key Responsibilities & Activities
* Assess current maturity of IT Operations and identify AI transformation opportunities
* Drive AI-enabled automation initiatives (AIOps, Auto-healing, Predictive Analytics, Anomaly Detection)
* Design target operating models for AI-augmented managed services
* Collaborate with architecture teams on AI, data, observability, and integration platforms
* Lead Proofs of Concept (PoC) and Minimum Viable Products (MVP)
* Define KPIs, dashboards, and value-tracking mechanisms
* Manage vendors, partners, and AI technology providers
* Support change management, training, and adoption
* Contribute to presales, offerings, and client transformation engagements
Required Skills
* Strong understanding of Cloud & Infrastructure Managed Services and ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Collaboration, SLA, NOC/SOC, )
* AIOps and automation concepts (event correlation, root cause analysis, auto-remediation)
* Knowledge of AI/ML fundamentals (supervised, unsupervised learning, GenAI basics)
* Experience with observability platforms, monitoring tools, and IT analytics
* Service Management frameworks (ITIL, ITSM tools)
* Strong program and transformation management skills
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
* Business value articulation and ROI measurement
Experience
• 15+ years of experience in IT Operations, Managed Services, or Infrastructure Services
• 8+ years of proven experience leading large-scale transformation or automation initiatives
• Hands-on exposure to AIOps, automation, observability or AI-enabled service delivery
• Experience working with enterprise clients in regulated environments

* Cloud certifications (Azure, AWS, GCP)
* Technical certifications (Microsoft, Oracle, IBM, Cisco,…)
