About The Role

What if your everyday skills could directly influence how the world's most advanced AI systems think, respond, and improve? We're looking for AI Training Specialists to complete structured evaluation and labeling tasks that teach AI models to be more accurate, helpful, and reliable.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to people from all backgrounds. No technical or AI experience required — just strong attention to detail and the ability to follow clear guidelines.

What You'll Do

* Complete structured tasks — including labeling, rating, and evaluating AI-generated outputs — that directly improve AI model performance
* Assess AI responses across text, image, and audio formats for quality, accuracy, and relevance
* Apply detailed guidelines and rubrics consistently across assignments
* Flag errors, inconsistencies, or low-quality outputs using structured feedback tools
* Maintain high accuracy and reliability across all tasks
* Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

Who You Are

* Sharp attention to detail — you notice things others miss
* Able to follow structured instructions precisely and consistently
* Self-motivated and comfortable working independently without close supervision
* Confident using web-based tools and platforms
* Strong written communication skills in English
* No prior AI, tech, or data experience required

Nice to Have

* Experience in writing, editing, research, or quality assurance
* Familiarity with AI tools or content evaluation workflows
* Background in any field that requires critical thinking and systematic analysis
