Role Description This is an internship role for an Administrative Secretary based in Fez, with a hybrid work arrangement that combines on-site presence and some work-from-home flexibility. The Administrative Secretary will support daily office operations, including managing correspondence, maintaining records, and organizing digital and physical files. Responsibilities include scheduling meetings, coordinating calendars, arranging appointments, and preparing basic reports and presentations. The role will also handle front-line communication such as answering calls, responding to emails, welcoming visitors, and directing inquiries to the appropriate teams. The Administrative Secretary will collaborate with colleagues across departments to ensure smooth administrative workflows and provide general support for internal and external meetings and events.

Qualifications

  • Strong clerical skills, including filing, data entry, document preparation, and record management.

  • Demonstrated administrative assistance experience, supporting teams with office tasks, meeting preparation, and basic reporting.

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Scheduling abilities, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and appointment tracking.

  • Customer service skills, with a focus on responsiveness, professionalism, and problem-solving.

  • Proficiency with office software tools (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, email, digital calendars); familiarity with collaboration platforms is a plus.

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to handle multiple tasks.

  • Ability to work reliably in a hybrid setting in Fez, maintaining confidentiality and demonstrating a high level of integrity.

  • Currently enrolled in or recently completed a program in business administration, office management, or a related field is preferred.

  • Interest in finance, investment, or capital markets is an advantage and will support learning and growth in the role.
