Stellantis's Software Organization (SWX) was established to build the most captivating experiences in the latest frontiers of Automotive Technology. As part of that foundation, we are investing to rapidly grow our capabilities within the field of Automated Driving. We are seeking an Automated Driving Verification Test Engineer working in the Verification team for L2+/L3 test activities.

Verification team is a branch of Core SW Virtual V&V that is out to verify the Network, Diagnostic and Functional requirements of L2+/L3 features. In Verification team it is expected to analyze the requirements, create test cases, and automatize them in a CI/CD pipeline. In this area we require an engineer with a background in computer science and electronics focusing on testing in ADAS/AD and preferably, with a demonstrated knowledge of Verification/Validation Process. The nominated engineer will have a chance to collaborate with a global team working on a very challenging task.

The ideal candidate for this position is a self-productive person who can create the test cases for requirements coverage and execute them through Open Loop or HIL benches. He/she will need to be able to write the test cases in pseudo code, CAPL, Python and debug and resolve the test issues with required tools. He/she will need to evaluate the new possible pipelines entering the company. He/she must provide structured feedback to the team lead and support the team for resolving the problems for new verification test cases.

Profil

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent engineering degree from an ABET accredited university

2 or more years of experience in HIL or bench testing (eg. ControlDesk, Python)

1 or more years of experience in HIL or bench setup and maintenance

3 years of proactive coding experience in C, Python

Demonstrated knowledge about CAN and Ethernet networks

Knowledge of network and diagnostic test protocol and tools (eg. INCA, Canalyzer, Canoe)

Demonstrated knowledge about software testing toolsets and languages.

Demonstrated ability to successfully accomplish tasks under minimal supervision

Ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers

Demonstrated ability to quickly learn software toolset and language.

Preferred Qualifications

Master of Science in Computer Science, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent engineering degree from an ABET accredited university

Demonstrated knowledge of ADAS/Autonomous Driving features and relative electronic architectures

1 or more years of experience with: Pytest, CAPL, Canoe.Diva

Knowledge of Classic AUTOSAR or Adaptive AUTOSAR

Knowledge of DLT, Diagnostics over IP and UDS protocol

Working level knowledge of ALM tools (e.g. IBM Doors, Polarion, Codebeamer)

Demonstrated knowledge of test platforms such as Open Loop and Hardware in the Loop
