Job Description
We are seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk for our office based in Cancún.
We are looking for a fulltime employee, who will work for in coordination among companies departments, with
the main duties with administrative and support of our providers.
* Key Responsibilities
* Attends suppliers invoicing inquires.
* Verifies suppliers’ accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions.
* Expenses and cost balances reports.
* Complain handling.
* Payments loading, control and the aacounting entries involved.
* Administrative and support of personnel among companies departments.
* Administrative and support of personnel of Back Office Lead and Management of destination in payable duties.
Requirements
* Degree in accounting / business administration or equal with 1 or 2 years experience in Account Receivables management.
* Languages: English (mandatory high level), other languages are welcome (especially German).
* IT affinity and a very good knowledge of Excel; the knowledge of Navision/SAP will be highly appreciated.
* Fast learning ability.
* Good level of analytical, planning and organizational skills.
* Strong communication and customer service skills
