Accounting Specialist

We are seeking a "Accounting Specialist" for our production facility in Morocco which operates within the Norm Fasteners who aligns with the principles of our organization and values self-development, possessing the following qualifications.

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

* 3+ years of progressive accounting experience,
* Experience with a major enterprise resource planning (ERP) software package,
* Highly motivated with good creative problem-solving and analytical skills,
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment to meet expected deadlines,
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; record of working with diverse internal and external groups in the field of finance, legal, sales, operations, senior management, etc.,
* Ability to thrive in a team environment and take on new challenges as they arise,
* Advanced level of English, Arabic and French.

JOB DESCRIPTION

* Ensure that the company's accounting and financial operations comply with current regulations, company procedures, and instructions,
* Record journal entries according to the uniform chart of accounts,
* Ensure that income and expenses are recorded in the appropriate periods,
* Provide support to company officials during legal processes,
* Conduct daily document tracking and operational purchases (such as warehouse and office supplies),
* Analyze financial statements to provide insights into resources,
* Prepare periodic activity reports and presentations,
* Conduct reconciliations of current accounts and file documents,
* Contribute to the audit processes of the parent company as required,
* Manage tax and insurance payments.
