Job Title: Accountant

Profile:

* Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting / Finance
* 1 to 3 years of experience in an accounting firm or company, ideally within a structured environment.
* Proficiency in Sage Accounting and Commercial Management, as well as advanced Excel skills.
* Strong command of English, both spoken and written.
* Excellent knowledge of Moroccan accounting and tax regulations.
* High level of rigor, anticipation, autonomy, and ability to work under pressure.
* Strong analytical skills, interpersonal ease, and constant attention to compliance.

Main responsibilities:

* Ensure complete and compliant management of general and analytical accounting.
* Carry out monthly, quarterly, and annual closings with accuracy.
* Prepare and review tax declarations (VAT, CIT, PIT, etc.).
* Manage the sales–collection cycle: validation, allocation, and follow-up of client invoices.
* Supervise bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
* Provide support during internal and external audits.
* Propose and implement improvements to accounting processes and internal controls.
* Guarantee traceability and rigorous archiving of all accounting documentation.
