Position Purpose Summary

The Accountant is responsible in general overseeing and updating of the various balance sheet schedules and performing other analysis. Preparing budget and financial forecast

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

1. Prepare and update periodic schedules of balance sheet accounts.
2. Examine accounting records, and preparation of other financial reports.
3. Propose various adjustments on the financial reports.
4. Prepare reconciliation between General Ledger and Sub Ledger
5. Provide assistance to Senior Accountant(s) in completion of their responsibilities
6. Liaise with end-users to clear any inquiries or justification needed.
7. Conduct month-end and year-end close process
8. Develop periodic reports for management
9. Keep up with financial policies, regulation and legislation
10. Audit and verify transactions performed.

Education

Minimum Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field is a must. Professional certification is preferred.

Experience

Minimum 2 years of related work experience.
