Your Role: Account Manager
As an Account Manager, you will be the bridge between potential clients and their investment journey. You’ll work with demo account users, helping them understand the platform and encouraging their transition to real trading.
Key Responsibilities:
* Engage with prospective clients who have signed up for demo accounts
* Present the platform’s features and benefits in a persuasive and personalized manner
* Convert demo accounts into active, real-funded accounts
* Identify client needs and recommend tailored investment solutions
* Provide ongoing support and maintain client satisfaction post-sale
* Collaborate with your team to execute strategic sales initiatives
* Keep CRM records updated and generate regular performance reports
* Create and follow-up with client’s portfolio
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a motivated and client-oriented professional with the following qualifications:
* Fluent English (spoken and written) – C1/C2 level
* Preferred: Experience in sales, finance, marketing, or customer service
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust quickly
* Interest in financial markets and solid numerical reasoning
* Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable working under pressure
