Job Overview
At Stellantis Middle East & Africa, we are shaping the future of mobility with a strong focus on customer centricity, service excellence, and continuous improvement. To strengthen our Aftersales organization, we are currently looking for an experienced Warranty Quality & Analytics Lead to drive warranty excellence across the MEA region.
As Warranty Quality & Analytics Lead you will play a critical role in ensuring the best possible customer experience by aligning warranty operations with Stellantis Brand policies, while fully considering global standards, local market practices, regulations, and specific regional requirements. You will act as a cross-functional orchestrator, ensuring different teams, systems, and processes work seamlessly together. The role requires working closely with multiple departments and systems. As part of a continuous improvement approach, new methods and processes must be identified, generated, and defined, or existing ones further improved and optimized. The Warranty Task Force Leader ensures that these initiatives are successfully implemented, embedded into daily operations, and sustained over the long term across the MEA region.
Role and Responsibilities
* Benchmark practices across regions, identify improvement areas, and drive the implementation of best practices across MEA.
* Work closely with different teams such as Customer Experience, Aftersales, the Technical Center, and expert teams (Parts, Pricing, Finance, etc.)
* Identify and involve the right stakeholders and subject matter experts for each topic
* Organize, coordinate, and lead regular follow-up and coordination meetings
* Define, track, and clearly communicate action plans (for example: project plans, execution plans, RACI), including key milestones and results
* Proactively identify issues and remove obstacles, using escalation when needed
* Set up and drive a continuous improvement approach for warranty activities
* Define and use KPIs and reports, when needed, to monitor performance and the results of actions taken
* Define and implement corrective actions when results do not meet agreed targets
* Brings solid experience in driving change management, continuous improvement processes, and workflow optimization.
* Proactively define tasks, and align them with the Warranty Manager, Warranty Area Managers, and Warranty Intelligence Room Leader, with a strong focus on optimization
Qualifications
* Min 5 years of automotive experience in the area of technical/business interfacing, preferably in warranty management or analysis.
* Strong experience in AI and Power BI Dashboard.
* Experience in analysing data and correlations
* Experience in managing and organizing multicultural and interdisciplinary teams
* Proven record of project management and / or change management
