We are recruiting for our client based in KENITRA an English-speaking Launch Engineer with Min. 2 years’ experience in the similar position
Required qualifications:
Education level
Engineering Degree in Mechanic and Structure
Job objective:
Successful launch of new products according to plan and expectations in accordance with operational goals and priorities.
Is the privileged interlocutor of the project on the site for Prototype phase (before PV).
Works closely with the Product engineer and manufacturing engineer of the project to provide the necessary documents and tools (Drawings, BOM, gages...)
Coordinate non-recurring activities and deliveries related to the main changes to the process (i.e. starting a new plant, moving, transferring production, installing new equipment) and placing products. Planning and carrying out preparatory activities for launching production.
Main tasks/responsibilities:
Maintain timeline, secure manufacturing readiness and open issues list to ensure the program achieves customer/program milestones. Follow up on the on-time execution of the plant deliverable, engineering deadlines and ensure the plant timeline follows and meet the program timeline;
Follow with the PE, GSM and PC&L the raw materials ordering and procurement.
Ensure the reception of components into the warehouse and provide systematic inventory after each build.
Implements the necessary documents to production (Flow chart, SWI, OCP…).
Resolve issues observed during prototype builds and focus on cost and quality optimization.
Participate in the definition of internal and external packaging.
Organize and prepare the parts to deliver for design validation.
Manage Launch Startup cost according to program budget;
Supervise the launch performance report;
Monitor all required trim cover deliveries to ensure all production build quantities and dates are met according the required level;
Support the AQE to Ensure that all required quality documentation is completed and approved both internally and by the customer;
Monitoring of timely completion Process Sign-Off and Parts Submission;
Key interface between Customer /program manager/JIT plant and plant SDT team to achieve the program's targets on time, cost, quality and manufacturing feasibility
Attend and feedback Emphasis builds in order to ensure that the right product has been manufactured in the plant
Organize and follow internal (dry run) and external Trim Plant R@R ( Run ‘n Rate ) to ensure that the product is produce according to all specification and on the given tack time;
Ensure program adherence to BOS;
Ensure timely reporting according
Consistently promote high standards of behavior and ensures that all team members understand the standards and behaviors expected of them

Expert Ability to read & interpret engineering drawings
Very good FMEA process knowledge
Good knowledge of MS Office

CPI activities (APQP) according to CPI process map.
Problem solving methodology, Minitab, LabVIEW, Power BI, Excel for engineers,

Knowledge based on IATF 16949 and CSR.
