Role Description The Volunteer role at True Leadership is a full-time, on-site position based in the Agadir Metropolitan Area. Volunteers support the delivery of leadership development programs by assisting with workshop preparation, event logistics, and participant coordination. Day-to-day tasks may include organizing materials, welcoming and guiding participants, collecting feedback, and helping maintain a professional and welcoming learning environment. Volunteers may also contribute to community outreach, basic administrative support, and collaboration with team members on special projects that promote authentic leadership. This role offers hands-on experience in leadership development, community engagement, and program support within a values-driven organization.
Qualifications

• Demonstrated interest in leadership development, personal growth, or community impact, with a willingness to learn and support program activities.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including active listening, empathy, and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups.

• Organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks, manage event logistics, and meet agreed timelines.

• Comfort with basic office tools and technology (e.g., email, word processing, presentations); familiarity with online collaboration platforms is a plus.

• Reliability, integrity, and a commitment to True Leadership’s values of authenticity, transparency, and genuine human connection.

• Ability to work on-site in the Agadir Metropolitan Area and participate in occasional evening or weekend activities as needed.

• Previous volunteer, facilitation, or event support experience is beneficial but not required; training and guidance will be provided.
