About The Role

We are looking for a skilled Voice & DevOps Engineer to join our team in Casablanca, Morocco. In this role, you’ll design, deploy, and maintain ZIWO’s voice infrastructure — focusing on SIP trunking, PBX configuration, voice traffic optimization, and system reliability.

You will collaborate closely with telecom, infrastructure, and engineering teams to scale ZIWO’s voice capabilities worldwide.

What You’ll Be Doing

* Design, build, and maintain voice infrastructure aligned with business needs
* Deploy and manage VoIP, SIP, PBX, and unified communications platforms
* Implement SIP trunking, call routing, and session border controllers (SBCs)
* Optimize voice traffic with QoS, redundancy, and security measures
* Integrate voice systems with core network infrastructure and third-party apps
* Migrate legacy analog/PRI systems to IP-based platforms
* Monitor and troubleshoot voice quality using Wireshark, SolarWinds, and similar tools
* Ensure high availability with failover design and backup call routing
* Coordinate with SIP providers, telecom carriers, and vendors to maintain uptime
* Participate in on-call schedules for voice-related incident response

What You Bring

* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
* 3–5 years hands-on experience with VoIP or PBX telephony systems
* Proficiency in both French and English (spoken and written)
* Strong troubleshooting skills and proactive problem-solving approach
* Excellent communication and documentation skills

Must-Have Technical Skills (Voice Focused)

* VoIP Platforms: FreeSwitch, Asterisk, Kamailio
* Protocols: Deep understanding of SIP, RTP, SBC configuration
* Diagnostic Tools: Wireshark, SolarWinds, or equivalents
* Voice Routing & Monitoring: SIP trunking, call routing, QoS, failover systems
* Networking: VLANs, VPNs, Load Balancing, Firewalls, Routers, Switches, SD-WAN

Preferred Skills (DevOps & Infrastructure)

* Operating Systems: Linux (Ubuntu)
* Configuration Management: Ansible
* Infrastructure as Code: Terraform
* Cloud Providers: AWS, Oracle Cloud (OCI)
* Version Control: Git & Git Flows

* Databases: PostgreSQL
