Role Description The Video Editor at URAI Studio will be responsible for assembling raw footage into polished, engaging video content for a variety of digital platforms. This full-time hybrid role is based in Casablanca, with the flexibility to work from home for part of the schedule as business needs allow. Day-to-day tasks include organizing and reviewing footage, editing videos to align with creative briefs and brand guidelines, applying color corrections, integrating motion graphics and visual elements, and exporting final deliverables in required formats. The Video Editor will collaborate closely with directors, producers, and designers to refine narrative structure, maintain visual consistency, and meet deadlines. The role also involves maintaining an organized media library, staying current with industry trends and editing techniques, and contributing creative ideas to improve overall video quality and audience engagement.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Video Production, including planning, shooting oversight, and understanding of camera workflows.

• Proficiency in Video Editing using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve).

• Experience in Video Color Grading, with the ability to maintain consistent visual tone and correct exposure and color issues.

• Ability to create and integrate Motion Graphics and Graphics to enhance storytelling and reinforce brand identity.

• Attention to detail, strong visual storytelling abilities, and a solid sense of pacing and rhythm.

• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to receive and implement constructive feedback.

• Good time management and organizational skills, capable of handling multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines.

• Comfort working in a hybrid environment in Casablanca, with reliable access to equipment and connectivity for remote tasks.

• Relevant training or education in film, media, design, or a related field is beneficial; prior studio or agency experience is a plus.
