About the Role

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Video Editor & Motion Graphics Expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for bringing visual stories to life from concept to final render. You will work closely with our creative team to produce high-impact videos, engaging social media content, and dynamic motion graphics that capture attention and drive engagement.

As this is a fully remote position, we are looking for a disciplined professional who can manage deadlines independently while maintaining a high standard of visual execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Video Editing: Cut, sequence, and polish raw footage into compelling narrative arcs, ensuring seamless pacing, sound design, and color grading.

• Motion Graphics: Design and animate high-quality 2D/3D assets, kinetic typography, lower thirds, transitions, and logo animations.

• Storyboarding & Conceptualization: Translate creative briefs and scripts into visual concepts and storyboards before production.

• Asset Management: Organize and archive project files, raw footage, graphics, and audio assets efficiently.

• Collaboration & Feedback: Work iteratively with content strategists and marketing teams, integrating feedback swiftly to optimize video performance.

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience is a Must: Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in video editing and advanced motion graphics (agency or high-volume freelance background preferred).

• Software Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Familiarity with 3D software (e.g., Cinema 4D or Blender) is a strong plus.

• Solid Portfolio: A diverse showreel or portfolio demonstrating advanced motion design, text animation, seamless transitions, and flawless pacing.

• Technical Setup: Access to a high-performance workstation capable of handling heavy rendering, along with a reliable, high-speed internet connection.

• Soft Skills: Strong time-management skills, strict adherence to deadlines, and excellent communication skills in a remote working environment.
