COFICAB is hiring an Utilities Coordinator

Job purpose :

Supervises the company utilities activities and ensure that they are performed efficiently. Preserve a good work environment and ensure an optimal security level for the plant's assets and the employees.

Main responsibilities :

* Provides and maintain plant stationary and offices furnitures.
* Plans, execute and control plant housekeeping work. Manage lockers in line with local legislation.
* Plans and implements efficiently the company transportation services.
* Defines, implements and controls security rules in all areas of the plant to guarantee the integity of offices and the site including parking and keys management. Monitor CCTV and make sure all backups are properly maintained with IT department.
* Implements and monitor the company benefit program (restaurant,transportation, Cleanning and Security Companies) including preselection of benefits providers.

Educational Background:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Management.

Required Experience :

• 1 to 3 years in a similar position in industrial/manufacturing environment.

Functional and Technical Competencies :

Assets security regulation, Industrial Housekeeping management, awareness of legal rules, Quality & EHS systems Awareness, high level of confidentiality.

Behavioral Competencies :

Communication, Building Relationships, Self Development, Managing Performance, Personal Effectiveness, Business Skills .
