Key Responsibilities:
* Determination of the need for personnel training and development
* Development and implementation of post-training activities in order to consolidate knowledge and develop skills
* Planning, development and control of assessment activities (assessments, certification, testing, calibration sessions, etc.)
* Educational programs and training creation
* Conducting training activities on the product (both primary and infinite ongoing training process)
* Development employees soft skills
* Post-training support
* Training effectiveness regular analysis delivery
* Prepare & report in weekly, monthly and quarterly business reviews
Qualification Requirements:
* 3 years of experience in developing and conducting trainings, seminars, training programs
* An advantage will be experience as a trainer in the financial sector (banks, collection companies)
* Personal qualities: responsibility, diligence, openness to new things, curiosity, initiative, creative thinking
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
* Excellent communication, engagement and people development skills
* Completed higher education (preferably in the field of personnel management, pedagogy, psychology, sociology)
* Additional training-related education will be a plus (course of a corporate trainer)
* Excellent presentation and public speaking skills
We consider as a plus:
* Previous startup experience
* Knowledge of consumer finance and landing industry, especially fintech
