A Day in the Life

As a Trainer for L'Oréal Dermatological Beauty, you will be the ambassador of our scientific expertise and the key to unlocking the potential of our brands like La Roche-Posay, CeraVe, and Vichy. Reporting to the Head of Education, you will design and deliver inspiring training programs to a wide range of audiences, including our internal teams (dermo advisors, sales force) and our crucial external partners (pharmacists, pharmacy staff).

Your Core Responsibilities Will Be To

  • Develop Training Content: Create and adapt engaging training modules (scientific knowledge, sales techniques, brand culture) for different audiences, ensuring all content is relevant and impactful through our various touchpoints (online training communities, field training, etc).

  • Deliver Training Sessions: Animate dynamic and interactive training sessions, both in-person and digitally, to elevate the expertise and motivation of your audience.

  • Be a Field Expert: Spend time in the field to understand the challenges and needs of our partners, providing personalized coaching and support to pharmacy teams.

  • Measure Impact: Assess the effectiveness of your training programs and use feedback and performance data to continuously improve your methods and contribute to business objectives.

We Are Looking For

We are searching for a charismatic and knowledgeable individual with a real gift for educating and inspiring others. You combine scientific credibility with excellent communication skills and are able to make complex information accessible and engaging.

To Be Successful In This Role, You Should Have

  • A scientific or medical background (e.g., degree in Pharmacy, Biology, or a related field) is highly preferred.

  • Proven experience in training, public speaking, or a similar role requiring strong presentation skills.

  • Deep knowledge of the dermo-cosmetic environment and a genuine interest in skincare science.

  • The ability to connect with and adapt your communication style to diverse audiences, from sales teams to healthcare professionals.

  • Fluency in French and Arabic is essential for this role.
