Job Description

* Leading the team:
* Ensures the efficiency of the team of operation quality segment Auditors
* Ensures regular communication with the team members: awareness about the Quality Policy the company
* Ensures the continuous training of segment Quality employees as needed
* Ensures the Quality Management Activities during samples and pre-production phases
* Ensures the validation and release of production area and equipment, is responsible for approval of the new equipment
* Ensures the control of non-conforming products
* Leads and/or coaches implementation of corrective/preventive actions for internal and external failures
* Responsible for elaboration and follow-up of a Quality Improvement Plan to reach the Targets

Qualifications

* Level of Education: Engineer
* Branch Of Study: Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial or equivalent
* Experience : 4 years’ experience in the automotive industry
* Language : French and English are mandatory
* Social competences: Communication /Social & intercultural sensitivity / Change management /Target & result orientation/ Motivation & resilience /Self-organization /Conflict management / Teamwork
* Professional competence : Master the Lean Manufacturing, Hoshin Kanri & Continuous Improvement Technique
