Provide technical leadership and ensure end-to-end delivery of telecom projects, while maintaining high service quality and compliance with technical and cybersecurity standards.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical projects: scoping, planning, coordination of engineering teams, progress tracking, risk management, dependency management, and decision-making/arbitration

• Ensure RUN activities follow-up in collaboration with support teams and vendors, including major incidents, escalations, action plans, and service quality monitoring

• Coordinate technical studies, changes, deployments, go-live phases, and move-to-run activities

• Ensure compliance with technical standards, architecture guidelines, cybersecurity requirements, and company processes

• Facilitate communication with business stakeholders, project teams, operations, partners, and vendors

• Produce and present regular reporting on project progress, risks, and performance

Technical Skills:

• Strong expertise in telecom environments and infrastructures

• Solid experience in technical project management (end-to-end delivery)

• Knowledge of ITIL / RUN management / incident management

• Understanding of network architecture, systems integration, and cybersecurity standards
