Core Responsibilities

* Implementation and maintenance of software programs.
* Installation, configuration, and upkeep of purchased applications.
* Troubleshooting technical issues and providing user support.
* ERP system support and resolution of specific issues (e.g., SD6, access control, user account management).
* Creation of documentation for complex processes.
* Training users and technical staff.
* Maintenance and management of IT infrastructure and networks.
* Management of IT suppliers.
* Maintenance and administration of data centers (CPD)

Languages

* French - Fluent
* English - Fluent
* Spanish - Plus

Highly qualified IT professional with a university degree (medium or higher level) and over 2 years of experience in similar roles. Skilled in managing IT systems, networks, and supplier relationships, with strong expertise in implementation, maintenance, and user support.
