Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a CCTV Technician, based in the Casablanca Metropolitan Area. The CCTV Technician will be responsible for the installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of CCTV systems. Day-to-day tasks include assessing client requirements, configuring equipment, and ensuring all systems function as required. The role also involves ensuring safe handling and installation of hazardous materials and providing exceptional customer service to clients.

Qualifications

* Proficiency in CCTV Installation and maintenance
* Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues
* Effective communication skills and ability to provide excellent customer service
* Safety awareness while working with hazardous materials
* Knowledge of security systems and related technologies is a plus
* Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
* High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are an advantage
