We are looking for an experienced Network Operations Manager in FTTH FTTO, COPPER to lead and oversee the operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of fixed network infrastructure. This role combines strategic leadership, operational excellence, and strong client interaction within a fast-growing international environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Coordinate and supervise the operation and maintenance of fixed network infrastructures, including FTTH,COPPER and HFC systems.
* Act as the main point of contact for clients, including national and international telecom operators and key stakeholders.
* Analyze client technical and operational requirements to ensure optimal service delivery.
* Develop, manage, and monitor the department’s budget and financial forecasts.
* Oversee the Profit & Loss (P&L) of the fixed network operations area.
* Ensure compliance with KPIs related to service quality, network availability, and operational efficiency.
* Manage subcontractors and external partners, ensuring performance and delivery standards.
* Lead, develop, and scale operational teams, including hiring and performance management.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives across processes and methodologies.
* Manage end-to-end projects related to fiber deployment and network infrastructure optimization.

Required Qualifications

* Degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
* Alternative degrees will be considered with strong relevant experience in fixed networks.

Requirements

* Solid knowledge of design, deployment, and maintenance of fixed networks (FTTH, HFC).
* Proven experience managing turnkey projects (design, civil works, deployment, and installation).
* Minimum of 10 years of experience in similar roles within the telecommunications sector.
* Strong understanding of national and European telecom operators and infrastructure players.
* Professional proficiency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications / Technical Skills

* MBA or EMBA is a plus.
* Project management certifications (SCRUM, PMP, PRINCE2).
* Experience with network design and management tools (GIS, AutoCAD, or similar).
